The ������Executive Committee (EC) held its most recent meetings in Monterrey, Mexico from December 9 to 11, 2015. EC meetings are meant to gauge where IPSA-EC elected members stand on a variety of issues and projects, with the support of the ������Secretariat. The next meetings will be held in the spring of 2016.

On December 11, Professor Leonardo Morlino, past ������President, presented a lecture titled “Medición de la calidad de la democracia” (in Spanish) at the Escuela de Gobierno y Transformacion Publica Tecnologico de Monterrey. The lecture was open to the public.
